"Size guide wording is a bit misleading"
The size guide helped a little, but the wording made it more confusing than it needed to be. It sounded like it would be super clear, but I still wasn’t totally sure what size to order and kind of had to guess.

"Tracking barely told me anything"
I ordered a bag and got the tracking number fast. So at first I thought, okay, great. But then it just kind of sat there. Same status for days. No updates, no clue where it actually was, and I kept checking like that was going to magically change something.

Customer service did get back to me when I asked, which I appreciated, but the answer was vague. Like, not super reassuring. The bag did show up eventually, just later than I expected. So it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the tracking was definitely annoying.

Most of the stuff I was looking for was in stock, which was nice. There was just one size missing, so that was a little annoying, but I still found something close enough and made it work.

"Sizing is way off"
The boots showed up way smaller than expected. after paying, I started feeling a little uneasy about the whole purchase, and getting something that doesn’t fit at all didn’t help. Definitely not true to size.

I ordered from Boots N Bags Heaven, the prices were okay but not anything that made me feel like I’d found some amazing bargain. A couple of items seemed like decent deals, but others were basically the same as what I’ve seen on other sites, so that’s kind of on me for not checking around more first.

The shipping and little extras pushed the total higher than I expected, which was frustrating because I thought I was spending less at first. It’s not a bad place to shop, but next time I’d definitely compare prices before ordering instead of assuming I was getting the better deal

I tried a couple of discount codes from Boots N Bags Heaven. One went through fine at checkout, but another one was already expired even though it was still listed, which was a bit... yeah. Not the worst experience, just kind of hit or miss. I’d probably check it again next time, but I wouldn’t fully count on it

The boots themselves were okay, but the shipping cost felt way too high. I also got frustrated waiting for them to arrive, so by the time they showed up, the whole thing didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore.

"Order was confirmed, then basically nothing happened"
I got my order confirmation pretty much right away, so at first I thought everything was fine and the order was just going through the normal process. But after that, there were no shipping updates, no follow-up emails, nothing to let me know what was happening. I tried reaching out to ask about it, because I figured maybe there was just a delay or some issue they could explain, but I never got a proper reply. It was really frustrating because once you place an order, you at least expect some kind of communication. i really regret ordering from here.

"Took forever to arrive, but the bag is fine"
I ordered a bag the delivery was frustrating. It showed up much later than I expected, and the tracking barely changed the whole time, so I had no idea if it was even moving. That said, I guess it wasn’t the end of the world, and the bag itself is alright. I kind of like it, but the whole shipping experience made me not feel great about ordering again.
